These sessions combine a regular therapy sessions with a guided practice to support deeper healing and emotional clarity.

In each session, we begin with a 50-minute therapy session, allowing space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Following this, we incorporate a 30-minute guided practice tailored to your needs, which may include meditation, breathwork, yoga, or guided visualization - whichever technique is most appropriate for your current state of mind and emotional journey.

This integrated approach is designed to help you:

  • cultivate presence

  • reduce stress

  • process emotions in a more embodied way

  • assist you to move through challenging moments with greater awareness and ease

  • support you to living more consciously

By combining therapeutic conversation with mindful practice, we aim to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both your mind and body, helping you find balance, clarity, and peace in the present moment. Available for both individual and couples therapy.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is about building the skills to truly hear and understand each other, creating a space where both partners feel supported and valued. It’s about fostering a loving connection where communication flows freely, and both individuals can show up authentically and confidently.

Conscious Living and Dying

Support to live and die consciously, with awareness and peace.

Compassionate support for individuals nearing the end of life, their loved ones, and those who wish to live with greater consciousness and intention - to “die whilst alive”. These sessions are grounded in the teachings of Advaita Vedanta and focus on:

  • fostering conscious, meaningful experiences during this profound time

  • navigating emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges

  • managing fear and pain with calm and clarity

  • finding peace in the midst of uncertainty

  • strengthening connections with loved ones

  • living and dying with intention, dignity, and presence

  • simply being together in loving awareness

Sacred  Medicine  Support

Preparation and/or integration for working with psychedelic and other sacred medicines.

These sessions are for individuals who are getting ready for, or have already experienced, psychedelic-assisted therapy in a legal setting. This work can help you make the most of this powerful process. It’s not just about having a memorable trip - it's about creating lasting transformation.

Preparation sessions focus on ensuring you feel grounded and equipped so you can approach the experience with confidence and clarity. For those who have already undertaken the journey, sessions offer a safe space to reflect, process, and integrate the insights gained. Integration is key to turning the experience into lasting transformation - helping you apply newfound wisdom and create meaningful shifts in your life.
